Training is delivered by authorized Carin Learning Partners in Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Certification tests
Carin training offerings are prerequisites of Carin partner programs and professional certifications and include a knowledge test taken directly at the training facility at the end of the course.
Carin Competence Certifications
For success shall Partner be able to perform pre-sale and project management for CARIN projects (design, implementation work and first / second line support), have necessary presale support engineers, be able to provide technical training sessions towards customers and have technical and sales competence according to CARIN Competence Plan.
CARIN Certified Voice Recording Consultant (CCVRC)
Requirements:
- relevant IP telephony knowledge and pre sales experience
- Voice Recording Consultant (VRC) training course
- participation in yearly sales updates
CARIN Certified Voice Recording Consultant will be able to explain benefits to customers, identify and answer customer needs, conduct voice recording pre-studies, quote a solution and assist in closing a deal.
CARIN Certified Systems Engineer (CCSE)
Requirements:
- relevant IP telephony engineering experience
- CARIN Systems Engineering (CSE) training courses
- Practice with a senior CCSE on at least one real customer installation
- participation in yearly tech updates
Carin Certified Systems Engineer will be able to create technically viable quotes, discuss technical alternatives, free sales rep time to focus on benefits instead of technical details, design, install, configure and operate Carin systems.
