- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise v1.0
Course Objectives
The Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise Power Workshop combines the three courses Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Part 1 (AUCCE1), Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Part 2 (AUCCE2) and Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Software (DUCCE) into a single, 10 day Power Workshop.
